Project goals and planned effects
The goal of the project is the expansion of the Styrobud Górno brand to the markets of France and Germany. It is to lead to the establishment of an established position of the company and to increase recognition in these markets. The analysis of current sales results indicates the potential of development in selected markets. The increase in export revenues is increasing at a rapid pace, in addition, product innovation and the global trend of leading a healthy lifestyle strengthen interest in the Beneficiary's products. Therefore, investments related to the production hall and warehouse are implemented, which are important components of expansion plans.
After the implementation of the internationalization model, the company will have regular distributors of the full range of its products on selected markets, its marketing activities will be focused on further development on other foreign markets. The share of export sales will definitely increase and allow for much faster development than at present.
